Pentru ca o reclamatie sa fie luata in considerare, trebuie sa contina obligatoriu urmatoarele:

--> Nickul cu care reclamantul era pe server in acel moment.
--> Ziua, ora, serverul si harta pe care s-a intamplat incidentul.
--> O mica explicatie.
--> Dovada care sa va sustina afirmatiile: NUMAI PRINTSCREEN LA CONSOLA, SAU LA MOMENTUL RESPECTIV DIN TIMPUL JOCULUI! (copy/paste la consola, discutii purtate pe steam chat sau pe messenger nu se accepta, deci nu le postati)
